In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the planning authority: (f) An impact assessment and structural report shall be prepared by a conservation engineering professional to clarify impacts of the lowering of the rear garden’s ground level on the boundary walls. To avoid the potential for underpinning of historic structural fabric, minimum intervention solutions should be presented. To ensure the extant historic boundary walls would not be undermined by the proposal, a conservation-led method statement describing the necessary mitigating measures to prevent compromising the structural integrity of the historic boundary walls shall be submitted.
