7. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the planning authority: (a) Drawings demonstrating a revised internal design which articulates more of the historic floor plan layout. This could be achieved by part-retention of the original walls and articulation of the return and/or lower ceiling heights. (b) A proposed window schedule (including detailed drawings) and evidence of the original window design, demonstrating that the proposed windows would be a like-for-like reinstatement of the original windows. (c) A specification of the proposed replacement slates to the rear return roof, to match the original slates on the house, noting that a Blue-Bangor natural slate should be used. (d) Revised drawings showing a proposed opening in the rear of the protected structure at basement level with a width of no more than 3000mm, with a substantial nib of wall (at least 300mm) each side. A downstand of 200mm shall be retained. (e) A detailed survey of the extant staircase to be carried out to inform the design of the proposed staircase, which shall match the original in terms of balusters, handrail and decorative details. Where possible, elements of the existing stairs shall be re-used. Drawings of the proposed staircase shall be submitted. (g) Details on how the proposed drying room at basement level room would be adequately ventilated and what measures are proposed to prevent moisture build-up in this room.
