The new layout shall comprise 7 no. terraces of 3 houses with a mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms, 2 no. terraces of 4 houses with a mix of 2 & 3 bedrooms and 2 no. terraces of 6 one bedroomed own door apartment units, all proposed units are two storey. The changes do not require modification to the permitted site layout
