Development Description
a) a development of 3 covered padel tennis courts with 6m high court sports lighting in place of existing tennis courts, b) to construct a central viewing area/concourse between and at end of courts, c) to install a new wastewater treatment system, d) to extend and refurbish the existing childcare facility/multi-purpose room/table tennis room area to incorporate an additional space and also an additional multi-purpose room/table tennis room at ground floor level and changing rooms and multi-purpose club room/tea room at first floor level, e) to install photovoltaic panels on roof of proposed southern elevation, f) to construct a dedicated multi-use games area/children's area, g) to demolish existing shed, h) to erect new site perimeter fencing, i) to develop landscaping including paved areas, j) to adjust and update car parking facilities and provide bicycle parking and all associated works
