Development Description
The construction of 64 residential units, comprising; 26 No. semi-detached 4 bed 2 storey houses, 3 No. 4 bed 2 storey terraced units, 1 No. detached 4 bed 2 storey house, 1 No. 3 storey apartment block consisting of 14 No. 2 bed units and 1 No. 4 storey apartment block consisting of 1 No. 1 bed unit and 19 No. 2 bed units. The development will include new vehicular and pedestrian access from the public road (Bowefield), along with all associated site development works including roads, paths, vehicular and cycle parking, landscaping, open spaces, boundary treatments, estate signage, service provisions, public lighting, connections to public utilities, and all ancillary works.
