the demolition of existing bungalow, and out-building, demolition and removal of existing internal pathways, landscaping, demolition of existing single storey steel shed & existing hardstanding areas and the construction of 35 No. residential units, at an existing site at. The residential units will consist of 4 No. 4-Bed, 2 storey semi-detached houses, 8 No. 2 storey 3-Bed Semi-detached houses, 15 No. 2 storey 3-Bed terraced houses, a stand-alone apartment/ duplex building comprising of; 4 No. 1 bed apartments & 4 No. 2 bed apartments. The development is also to include; new internal roadways and footpaths, new vehicular and pedestrian access of the existing roads, new boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage, site services etc, and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
