The construction of the provision of a 478.8 sq. m. single storey drive-thru restaurant. The development will also include the provision of a site access from the existing access road the Lidl and Insomnia units to the north of the proposed development and free-standing structures for the drive-thru restaurant including a height restrictor and customer order points with canopies.
