2. The following requirements of the Conservation Planning Division shall be complied with: b) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement. i. The applicant shall submit revised ground floor plans showing the historic floor plan retained. The historic entrance hall arrangement – particularly the direct access from hall to rear return shall be retained so as to protect the legibility of the historic staircase. ii. The proposed new opening between the new cloakroom area and the entrance hall shall be limited to its historic width. c) The applicant shall confirm the salvage strategy for the historic fabric (historic windows, granite cills and granite heads) that are proposed to be removed. The applicant shall confirm if the granite headed details could be retained, protected and integrated as part of the proposal. The applicant shall provide a drawing at a scale of 1:50 of the elevation between the proposed kitchen and new extension to demonstrate that the new ope and roof of the extension would have limited impact on the remaining historic fabric.
