In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the CO: iv. Floor plans and section drawings detailing proposed plumbing, electrical and mechanical services showing the proposed plant room, all existing runs to be reused, new service runs, any new penetrations, and locations of any external vents. Drawings will clearly indicate any affected historic features such as floor joists, floorboards, skirting boards, flat wall plaster, lath and plaster ceilings and plasterwork cornices.
