Transformer bunds (Length (c. 22.9m) x Width (c. 10.9m) x Height (c. 7.0m)); -2 no. 110 kV electrical transformers and associated outdoor electrical equipment to facilitate underground cable connections between the existing transmission circuits and the proposed GIS building. 3. Provision of site services including compound lighting, telecommunications, access roads and drainage. 4. Subsurface ground surface water attenuation tank (c. 143 m2). 5. All associated and ancillary site development works to accommodate the construction of the substation and transferring of the cable circuits from the existing AIS to the new GIS Building. 6. Retirement and removal of the above ground elements associated with the existing AIS.
